My wife and I have used Billings Carpet Cleaning services for over 10 years and have been very pleased. We have used their services for not only cleaning carpets but also for restoring our home back to normal after 2 separate water problems.

The first was a leak in our kitchen faucet which we did not notice until there was water leaking in the downstairs workout room. Calling Andy Pirami at 8 p.m. was not a problem as he was over right away and got the water cut off and cleaned up the water mess. He also helped arrange for a contractor to come in and redo the ceiling in the room downstairs and replace the floor in the kitchen. Great help as I did not know who to contact.

The second water damage we had occurred from a crack in the toilet which then leaked down into a bedroom downstairs. This was a real mess. Again I called Billings Carpet Service at 5:30 p.m. and Andy was at the house bye 6 a.m. and did all the clean up. In addition to the clean up he also helped arrange to get a contractor in place to completely redo the floor in the upstairs bathroom and the ceilings and walls in the downstairs where the water had leaked.

I mention these two events as I think it points out well the fact that Andy Pirami goes more then the extra mile to take care of his clients. The work he has done for us and many of our friends speaks well for his firm.

On January 12, 2007, we experienced a major break in one of our sprinkler lines. By our estimates, the break caused nearly 3,500 gallons of water to be released into the bar area of our establishment in under three minutes. The break occurred at around 3:00 pm on Friday afternoon which caused us a great deal of anxiety as we had assumed we would be shut down for not just the weekend, but a week or two as the restaurant was dried out and repaired. Per the recommendations of our contractor, Martel Construction, we contacted Andy Pirami at Billings Carpet Cleaning to help us begin the process of cleaning up. Andy arrived at the store with 45 minutes of our call and began immediately setting up drying equipment and vacuuming water out. He worked tirelessly through the night and into the morning trying to get the water removed. Much to our delight, we were able to open the restaurant the next day at 11:00.

In situations like this, you are often faced with the decision of repairing the work correctly and slowly or getting the job done quickly. For us, we were able to get both. Not only am I delighted that it was repaired quickly, but I also get great comfort in knowing that it was done correctly. Throughout the entire process and in the tiring hours of the morning, Andy was delightful and helpful.
