11 Step Carpet Cleaning Program
Our 11 Step Carpet Cleaning program includes the following:
Step 1 - Pre-Inspection
Every great carpet cleaning experience starts with a proper pre-inspection. Your service technician will inspect your
particular areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction and soiling conditions. They will also advise you of any
possible permanent stains.
Step 2 - Power Vacuum the edges and corners of all areas to be cleaned
We will thoroughly vacuum the areas to be cleaned to remove the bonded dry soil. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning.
Step 3 - Furniture Moving
Sofa, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Large pieces, beds and dressers are left in place under our regular pricing structure. Furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs.
Step 4 - Pre-Spray and Pre-Spot Treatment
Traffic areas and spots are pretreated for more effective soil and spot removal.
Step 5 - Extract and Rinse
Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction process (steam Cleaning) will thoroughly flush the carpet pile. Pressure and heat are regulated so that carpets are not over-wet. With cleaning temperatures between 170-230 degree Fahrenheit depending on carpet and on soil conditions.
Step 6 - Neutralize
Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced so that there is no sticky residue left behind. This treatment is used as a rinse or applied after the rinse depending on soiling condition.
Step 7 - Post-Spot Treatment
If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed. Note: Permanent stains identified by your service technician may not be removed.
Step 8 - Dry Bonnet
Some carpets benefit from a dry bonnet process. Ask your service technician whether they advise this process or not. Dry Bonnet assist in faster drying and helps prevent wicking on some carpets.
Step 9 - Speed Dry
High velocity air movers are placed to speed dry the carpets.
Step 10 - Post Grooming
The Carpet pile is set in one direction for faster drying and visual appeal.
Step 11 - Post Inspection
Your Cleaning technician will review the cleaning results with you to insure that your expectation have been met or
exceeded.
